When you Raise a Request; It goes to our DeltaFM team to triage and determine what we need to do to help you.

We'll keep your request open while we Seek additional information from you such as photos or seek advice from relevant Unitywater departments.

  • We'll Determine if there's an existing job for the same issue
  • We'll determine if the request relates to something within DeltaFM's Scope, We'll refer your request to the relevent party or advise you if we cannot assist
  • We'll raise a Callout which generates the Work Order for our technicians.

At this point your request is completed and we'll either advise no more action is taken from us or you'll receive a notification a callout has been raised. IMPORTANT NOTE: A Completed Request does not mean the work is completed... It simply means we've completed the review and converted your request into work or advised you otherwise.

You can view the status, comments and photos of both Requests and Work Orders by clicking the link in the email notificaitons or by selecting "View your requests" on the landing page and then toggling between requests and Work Orders on the Grey title bar with your requests.
